Terms of Use

Gulf Coast VIP is a directory, marketplace, hiring hub and rewards platform for Gulf Coast entertainment — events, venues, artists, attractions, activities, businesses, deals, gigs and merchandise. Some features require a free account; some business features require a paid plan.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 to create an account, and of legal age for any age-restricted events or venues.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the law, or the safety of our community.

• You keep ownership of content you post (profiles, events, photos, flyers, products). You grant us a license to display and promote it on the platform and in platform marketing.
• You must have the rights to everything you upload, and listings must be accurate — including dates, prices, and age restrictions.
• Claimed listings must be claimed by their genuine owner or authorized representative; false claims are removed.

• Marketplace sellers set their own prices, refund and shipping policies, which are shown on their products. Purchases are contracts between buyer and seller; Gulf Coast VIP facilitates payment through Stripe.
• Event tickets are valid for one check-in per code. Duplicate or transferred codes may be refused at the door.
• Gift cards have no expiration fees, are redeemable on the platform as described at purchase, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• Loyalty and reward points have no cash value, are not transferable except through platform features, and may expire per each program's stated rules.

Paid plans, boosts and features are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time — see our Cancel Membership page. Unless stated otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded when you cancel, but paid features remain active until the end of the billing period.

• No illegal content or activity, harassment, hate, spam, scraping, or attempts to breach security.
• No false, misleading or infringing listings, reviews or nominations.
• No interference with other users' accounts, votes or rewards.

The platform integrates third-party services (Stripe payments, Google sign-in, Facebook Page connections, AI providers, maps and weather). Their terms apply to your use of those services. Links to external ticket or booking sites are provided by listing owners; we are not responsible for external sites.

The platform is provided "as is". Event details are supplied by organizers and can change — always confirm with the venue. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not a party to bookings, gigs, or employment arrangements made between users.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gulf Coast VIP's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
