User Data Deletion

Last updated: June 2026

You can permanently delete your Gulf Coast VIP account and any data we hold about you at any time. This page explains exactly how — including data collected through connected services like Facebook.

Delete your entire account (fastest)

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open your Dashboard and go to Profile → Delete account (or email us — see below).
  3. Confirm the deletion. We remove your profile, listings, orders history metadata, rewards balances and any connected social tokens.

You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Email request (works even if you can't sign in)

Email gulfcoastclub@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". Please include:

  • The email you signed up with
  • Whether you signed in with Google or Facebook (if applicable)

We complete deletion requests within 30 days as required by law, and usually within 2 business days.

Delete only your Facebook data

If you connected a Facebook Page for event imports and only want that Facebook data removed (not your whole account):

  1. Open Dashboard → Bulk Import → Social Connections.
  2. Click Disconnect next to the connected Page — the stored access token is deleted immediately.
  3. To also remove events that were previously imported from that Page, delete them from your Events dashboard or email us with subject "Facebook data deletion".

You can also remove Gulf Coast VIP from your Facebook account at any time: on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Gulf Coast VIP and click Remove. Facebook will notify us and we will delete the associated data.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, photo, birthday, preferences)
  • Your listings, reviews, nominations, votes, RSVPs and applications
  • Your rewards memberships, points balances and membership card photos
  • Any connected Facebook / Google tokens and associated Page metadata
  • Your cart, wishlists and saved items

What we must keep (and why)

By law we must retain a minimal record of past completed purchases and refunds for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. This is limited to order ID, amount, date and email — never card details. This information is not used for any other purpose.
